Design sprint for inclusion

The design sprint for inclusion is an intensive programme which uses agile product development techniques to explore the challenge of Diversity & Inclusion at your organisation.

A team of 5-8 people from your company will work together to research, develop and validate solutions for becoming a more diverse & inclusive organisation.

This approach will empower your team to:

• Gain a deep understanding of diversity & inclusion challenges

• Practice inclusive behaviours

• Develop ideas that are unique to your company culture & stage of growth

• Create a roadmap for change that they have ownership of

• Measure the impact of diversity & inclusion activities

Cost: £2,500 - £4,000 depending on agreed activities/number of days (discounts offered to charitable & social mission companies)
